Applicable Law

This Legal Notice is completely governed by Spanish law and the New European Data Protection Regulation 679/2016.

In order to solve any conflict that may arise from accessing the website, the User and Hosama hereby agree to submit to the courts of Lloret de Mar, waiving any other general or special jurisdiction that may apply to them.
