lloret The Hotel Santa Marta is in the village of Lloret de Mar, right on Santa Cristina beach. If you visit Lloret de Mar there are places you can't miss. Lloret has its signature attractions, like the Jardines de Santa Clotilde (gardens next to the sea for a peaceful stroll), the Museo del Mar (to find out all about Lloret's seafaring history), its modernist Indiano legacy, like the churches of "Sant Romà" and "Sant Pere del Bosc".
moll lloret The Museo Abierto de Lloret (MOLL) museum is an imaginary network in which you can explore different places of historical, cultural and natural interest. It is an open space without walls that runs through different places in the local area and enables you to explore the municipality's heritage.

jardins The Jardines de Santa Clotilde (gardens) are located in a beautiful setting. This wonderful garden was built on a cliff with impressive views of the sea, a real display of the spirit of the noecentista movement in Cataluña, whose brilliant spokesman was Eegeni d'Ors.

sant roma lloret A modern art print, it is one of the must-see places during walks through the centre of Lloret and one of the town's most representative buildings. The church was built in the Catalan Gothic style, equipped with fortifications.

In the Museo del Mar you will be immersed in an authentic journey through the history of Lloret and its close relationship with the sea. This house is living testimony to the mark left by the indianos – those who made their fortunes in the Americas.

Cementiri-Modernista-Lloret-de-Mar The Lloret de Mar modernist cemetery conserves a significant indiano legacy. The reform of what was the new cemetery was promoted at the end of the 19th century by a sector of the population that had become wealthy, formed mainly by families with a relationship with the Americas, overseas trade and the wealth this generated.

es tint Once upon a time, every coastal village had an establishment - normally a guild - dedicated to dying nets. There are very few of them left. On the Costa Brava only the Sa Perola building in Calella de Palafrugell and that of Es Tint in Lloret de Mar have been restored. The building where Es Tint is located is the headquarters of the Lloret de Mar Fishermen's Guild.

Camino-de-Ronda The best way to breath in the essence of Lloret de Mar is to enjoy the many footpaths that run along the coast or go into our woods that reveal to the visitor all the secrets of their Mediterranean flora and fauna.
castell sant joan The castle stands at the top of the hill that separates the beaches of Lloret de Mar and Fenals. Its chapel was consecrated in 1079, but of the original fortification only the foundations of the keep, the East wall, vestiges on the south side and various bunkers excavated in the rock, now covered, remain.

sant pere bosc It is an unmatched setting, with its majestic building ( 10th century), an old Benedictine monastery. Great historical heritage built by Puig i Cadafalch. It was also a haven for the most helpless thanks to the generosity of Nicolau Font i Maig, indiano of the time. It is currently a private establishment.
